The Hope Buss serves the Louisville community throughout five (5) main initiatives with the goal of addressing food insecurity, education, health and wellness, emergency services, and community engagement in a way that is engaging, impactful, and hopeful. We strive to make available resources accessible, to make hope tangible, and to be led by the community for the community.
HopeFULL
Our food justice program exists to increase ACCESS to food for underserved families in Louisville’s West End by offering food box delivers, free transportation to grocery stores, a food pantry and weekly hot meals to families and our houseless neighbors.
HopeFIRST
Our emergency assistance program provides assistance to families in crisis for utilities, housing, childcare, car repairs, or legal fees. HopeFIRST is made possible by our generous and consistent donors.
Hope This Helps
This education and workforce initiative offers traditional and alternative education and job readiness services to youth and young adults between the ages of 16-24.
Hope Re-Imagined
This community engagement initiative provides fun and engaging actives for families we serve, such as the Mobile Fall Festival and Winter Wonderland.
